You tell us exactly what you are looking for whether it be a gite, villa, house, apartment or holiday home, the location, style, size, price - and we scour the Lot region and beyond until we have found your dream home and then guide you through the red-tape of buying french property.
Once you have booked a flight to either Toulouse or Rodez - the two local airports - we advise three days to view the property a couple of times, see the area and start on the paperwork. We will pick you up and drop you off at the airport, arrange viewings, spend time showing you around, and introduce you to the notaire. Once back in the UK we can then handle all your queries via email or telephone, and guide you through the buying process. If the property you have chosen needs renovation, this also can be handled by us.
